SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All fabrics printed from the Website shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services by digitalfabricworld.com through a logistics partner.

  • All deliveries, where applicable, shall be made on a best efforts basis, and while the Website will endeavor to deliver the Products on the dates intimated, the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard.

  • A nominal fee for delivery may be charged. The charges can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails.

  • digitalfabricworld.com shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the printed fabric. digitalfabricworld.com shall not be liable for any damage to the fabric in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.

  • The logistics partner supported by digitalfabricworld.com will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products then t is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

  • An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:

> bad weather
> flight delays
> political disruptions
> other unforeseen circumstances

  • In the event any delay in delivery is expected, the Website may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

  • The Website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the product including any damage or loss caused to the products.

  • Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, the User may be notified of the same from time-to-time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website.

  • digitalfabricworld.com shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.


International shipping:

Those items for shipment to countries outside of India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.


Disputes and Problems

  • In the event of any problem with your order the website is only liable to the user for the total invoice value for this order and the user agrees that we are not liable for any other damages or consequential losses you may incur.

  • The user needs to advise us within two working days after receiving the order of any discrepancy or problem with the order. After two working days, the User is deemed to have accepted the goods.

  • Claims cannot be considered until we inspect returned goods. Goods must be returned at the User’s expense, and if the claim is accepted we will credit our standard delivery cost to the user’s account to cover the cost of returned goods.

  • Claims can only be considered if we receive the fabric as delivered. Claims cannot be considered if the User has already cut or otherwise modified the fabric in any way.

  • Two working days must be allowed for us to process the request upon receiving the parcel.
