If you are not completely satisfied with the product received, you can contact our Customer Support department within 2 days of delivery date to resolve the issue. Customer Support can be contacted by calling Number or by writing an email to mailid.

The user is required to inspect the custom printed fabric as soon as the order is received. If there is a defect or damage, you are to contact the Customer Support team immediately to help you in resolving the issue.

However, Digital Fabric World recommends that the Users preview all design work they upload before placing an order to avoid any problems with the finished product.

The nature of our job does not allow us to have a no questions asked policy. As you are aware that Digital Fabric World provides custom printed fabrics to the Users, which doesn’t allow us to restock or resell the material returned to us.

If there is a flaw or damage caused due to our negligence we are willing to replace or provide a refund for the order.

What we do not cover

The user can avail the colour matching services before confirming the order. Hence, we do not accept any cancellations if you find the colour on the screen was different from the one received one fabric.

Every fabric is different and some types of fabrics suffer inherent color bleeding for the few washes. Instructions for each of these fabrics is clearly mentioned in the respective product page. Kindly go through them before confirming the order.

What we cover

We take utmost care to ensure that the fabric used is of premium quality and does not have any flaw or defect, however when fabrics you have received have any of the following issues, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at mail id with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • Quality is not as mentioned or promised
  • Substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture and colors is visible right at the time of product first unpacked
  • Fabric is abruptly torn and is not usable
  • Structure is loosely woven in part of areas or weave is damaged or torn

But to ensure a smooth processing of the return or refund, The user must abide the below terms and conditions:

  • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused and uncut .
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Once returned order is received by Digital Fabric World quality team shall ensure that the returned item(s) comply to the terms & conditions mentioned. Once ensured, refund shall be processed within 3 days to the requested bank account.


For cancelling the order the User must contact us immediately to see if your fabric has been put into production or not. Any orders that are already printed cannot be canceled, changed or refunded; however, shipping charges can be canceled and refunded if your order hasn’t been shipped.

Disputes and problems

In the event of any problem with your order our total liability to you is our total invoice value for this order and you agree that we are not liable for any other damages or consequential losses you may incur.

You need to advise us within two working days after receiving your order of any discrepancy or problem with your order. After two working days, you are deemed to have accepted the goods.

Claims cannot be considered until we inspect returned goods. Goods must be returned at your expense, and if your claim is accepted we will credit our standard delivery cost to your account to cover the cost of returned goods.

Claims can only be considered if we receive the fabric as delivered to you. Claims cannot be considered if you have already cut or otherwise modified the fabric in any way.

Two working days must be allowed for us to process your request upon receiving your parcel.
